This is my first try at decorating candles using stamps & tissue paper
I'm quite pleased with the results for a first try but know that now I know what I'm aiming for & how things work I could do much better!
This was just using a stamp - no colouring - the possibilities
are endless ................
I'm looking forward to having a play with this technique :-)

Hi Rachel - love this - this technique is something I wanted to try over the Christmas break, but just didn't get round to it, so I intend to have a go very soon. I have the instructions on what to so watch this space LOL. For a first attempt this looks amazing in monochrome. Hugs, Claire x

I think it looks totally fab. Rachel. Cannot wait to see more from you. I have had a go with this technique using a gorgeous blue ink - it is a bit fiddly but boy is it worth it. I have a small stash of tissue in readiness of having a go again one day soon. I even made a box for the candle using acetate and card - I was trying to follow instructions from a mag. boy was it hard, maybe the fact that I find following instructions difficult!
